Interim Project Manager. Since 2013 he has run projects in production plants — on the contractor side and on the investor side.
He started as an industrial machine designer — from design, through build, to start-up at the customer's site. That is where he saw that a project ends only when it works for the people who will use it.
He then moved to the investor side: modernisations with production kept running, new lines, a new plant start-up, building a project management structure — in Polish companies and in an international corporation.
“I support what already works and bring out the potential in the people and solutions the company already has.”
