I help manufacturing companies bring difficult investment projects to completion — on time, on budget, with a team that works together. 14 years of experience, projects up to PLN 100M, teams up to 200 people. HVACR · pharma · automotive · industry.

Three days on site. Two days of diagnostics: interviews with management and team leads, review of projects, schedules and budgets. Day three: walking the team through the recovery plan. Outcome: a report with a portfolio map, the 5 main causes of delays and a 90-day plan.
Ask for a date →Project charter, RACI, risk and decision registers, master schedule, reporting cycle. Pilot on 3–5 projects, then the whole portfolio. At the end: a trained team and an internal PMO owner. KPIs measured before and after.
See the client result →What you get: a project brought to acceptance, a team that can sustain it afterwards, and a board that knows what is going on without having to ask. Full delivery: concept → budget → tenders → execution → acceptance → handover. Paid for scope and results, not for presence. We start with a diagnosis — so that the decision on further cooperation is based on what is really in the project, not on a first conversation.
How it works →1–2 days in-house, up to 15 people, on examples from your plant. Everyone leaves with their own project mapped out and a full set of templates the department works with from Monday.
Ask for a date →How many projects there really are, who owns them, where they break. A list, not opinions.
Project charter, RACI, risk and decision registers, one schedule, one reporting rhythm.
New rules on 3–5 projects, then the whole portfolio. The team is trained on its own projects.
Internal PMO owner, KPIs for the board, I leave. The structure stays.
Before I change anything, I need to know how things really are. Not from a board presentation — from the shop floor.
I am based in Dębica, south-eastern Poland — working for manufacturing companies on site or remotely, depending on the project phase and the team's needs.
For longer engagements I work wherever the project requires — currently as Global PM on a project delivered across Belgium, the Czech Republic and Poland; previously with contractors from Germany, France, Italy and Switzerland. Working language: Polish and English.
You tell me where the project stands. I tell you whether and how I can help — or that I am not the right person. No slides, no pitch.
