Four ways to get a project over the line.

01 · Core role
Interim PM / Program Manager
For an investment project — on the investor side or the contractor side — that has stalled, lost its owner or needs more attention than the team can give alongside day-to-day work.

A project run from concept to acceptance and handed over to a team that will sustain it: concept → budget → tenders → execution → acceptance → handover. We start with a diagnosis — so that the decision on further cooperation is based on what is really in the project, not on a first conversation.

02
Project portfolio diagnosis
For companies running many projects at once that want to see them all in one place.

Three days on site. Two days of diagnostics: interviews with management and team leads, review of projects, schedules and budgets. Day three: walking the team through the action plan. Outcome: a report with a portfolio map, the 5 main causes of delays and an action plan.

03
PMO implementation
For companies that want one shared way of running projects.

One way of running projects across the company: everyone knows what they are responsible for, risks and decisions are recorded, and the board sees the real status every week. First on a few projects, then on all of them. At the end, a team that runs it independently and results compared before and after.
