Interim Project Manager
for manufacturing.

I take over difficult investment projects and bring them to completion — on time, on budget, with a team that works together. As an external Project Manager, on call, when a project has stalled or needs structure.

An experienced PM,
without a payroll and without delay.

Interim project management means hiring an experienced project manager for a specific task and a defined period — no permanent hire, no recruitment cost, no onboarding time. I join the company, take over the project and am accountable for bringing it to closure.

It works particularly well in manufacturing, where investment projects — modernisations, new lines, automation — need firm management, but the company does not need or want to build a permanent PM position. You pay for a result in a defined time, not for a headcount.

Three situations in which
people usually call me.

01

The project has stalled

The schedule has slipped, the budget is growing, the team is pointing fingers. Someone from outside is needed to sort it out and bring it to closure.

02

There is no structure

Projects are being run, but everyone does it their own way. Nobody knows who is responsible for what or what the real status is. A PMO needs to be built from scratch.

03

There are not enough hands

A specific investment has started and the internal team is stretched thin. Someone is needed to take over the project and close it.

From a situation audit
to project closure.

1

Diagnosis (first 2 weeks)

One-on-one conversations with the team, mapping the documentation, calls with key suppliers. After this stage I have a real picture of the situation — not the one from the presentation.

2

Recovery plan

A realistic schedule based on data, clear ownership, budget and risk control. Concrete steps, not general declarations.

3

Delivery and coordination

Day-to-day project management, coordination of contractors, negotiations, solving problems as they come up — before they become expensive.

4

Closure and handover

Acceptance, documentation, knowledge transfer to the internal team. The project is closed in a way that lets the company sustain it without me.

Have a project that needs
firm closure?

Let's talk about the situation. No commitment — first I want to understand what you need.
